Creative opening for new purpose built kosher restaurant in North Leeds; this will be a 50 cover modern dining experience and it will take the North Leeds restaurant scene through another dimension.

This restaurant will be part of a brand new £5million complex that has been built for the North Leeds community. It houses a new state of the art kitchen that provides food for a 50 cover restaurant, 4 conference rooms, a Coffee and Tapas Bar and a function hall.

We are currently searching for a talented and professional chef who has experience in running a busy restaurant and banqueting facilities. You will be managing a team of 5 and be in charge of supplying a variety of dishes for the restaurant and the coffee bar, you will have creative flair and strong financial acumen. You will be expected to work a 37.5 hour week working 5 out of 7 days with Friday and Saturday as days off. Kosher cooking experience is desirable but not essential – full training will be available.
