Brand new restaurant opening in late spring is currently looking to recruit a Sous Chef to help run the kitchen. All of this companies 20 restaurants are famous for their quality fresh Italian produce which is all imported from several regions of Italy, specifically for them. Their main aim as a company is to give people the ability to try exceptionally good ingredients within a fresh and friendly restaurant experience.
This is a fantastic challenge for an existing Sous Chef who wants to take their next step up in their career. You will have drive and ambition to succeed and above all have a strong & happy personality. You will be motivated by quality food and happy customers.
The ideal candidate will have strong man-management skills at Sous Chef level, have the ability and past industry experience to lead a team of up to 8 chefs, running a very busy kitchen serving a mix of modern and traditional European/Italian food.
All of this companies 18 restaurants are 7-day operations, open from 7am till 11pm. There are 5 straight shifts, There is ample opportunity within this rapidly expanding company to build on your already flourishing career and become a Head Chef, coupled with a competitive salary.
