Frankly, this is one of the most sought after jobs in London. You will be the Bar Manager of 3 separate bars based in Central London. These bars include a main cocktail bar with capacity of 100, a private members bar with capacity of 40 and a large dispense bar which services the main restaurant of 140 covers.

The role is mostly operational; it does not involve making the drinks during service. Your main purpose is to supervise, delegate and mingle with the clientele.

The ideal candidate for this role would be someone who has a good, strong, enthusiastic personality. You will be a strong team builder with the ability to work under pressure; you will have a good cocktail knowledge and be able to write creative menus that would excite the discerning diner. Above all, you WILL have a passion for the bar industry.
