A fabulous position has become available within this rapidly expanding concept restaurant group for an Assistant Restaurant Manager. The suitable candidate will be second in command in one of this company's restaurants and will be leading a team of up to 25 floor staff. You will be working to set targets whilst keeping a professional team and setting the standards.
This is an ideal role for some one to take their first management position. All applicants will have strong customer-facing skills with an enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. You will be a strong team player and have a basic financial awareness.
An added bonus would be to have a Hospitality qualification (eg NVQ, GNVQ, Degree). This enables you to enter onto the fast track program to become a manager.
