Fast paced branded bar and restaurant concept which is part of a recognized national group are currently recruiting a Head Chef to lead their kitchen team in the New Year. As a major part of the General Manager's team, you will be responsible for the overall management of your kitchen within this very busy venue that serves quality food to restaurant customers as well as bar customers. You will maintain hygiene and safety standards, staff relations, ensure a high level of food quality and service, and undertake a variety of projects from staff training to food G.P. analysis.

Ideally the right person will have minimum 1 year Head Chef Management experience. The successful candidate will be a good communicator and relationship builder, charismatic, and forward thinking, have resilience and stamina and flexible to work late into the night, weekends and public holidays.
