The ideal candidate will have strong man-management skills at Head Chef level, have the ability and past industry experience to lead a team of up to 10 chefs, running every aspect of this fast and furious yet professional kitchen serving a mix of modern and traditional European food.

The restaurant is a 7-day operation, open from 7am till 11pm. The shifts are all straights 5/7, There is ample opportunity within this rapidly expanding company coupled with a competitive salary.
