Newly opened concept restaurant is currently recruiting a Head Chef for their Bicester site.

This is a fantastic challenge for Head Chef who wants to take their career to another level. You will have drive and ambition to succeed and above all have a strong & happy personality. You will be motivated by quality ingredients and satisfied customers.

The ideal candidate will have strong man-management skills at Head Chef level, have the ability and past industry experience to lead a team of up to 10 chefs, running a very busy kitchen serving a mix of modern and traditional European food.

All of this companies 18 restaurants are 7-day operations, open from 7am til 11pm. The shifts are all straights 5/7, There is ample opportunity within this rapidly expanding company coupled with a competitive salary.
