Newly opened concept restaurant is currently recruiting several Sous Chefs for their London based restaurants.
This is a fantastic challenge for an existing Sous Chef who wants to take their next step up in their career. You will have drive and ambition to succeed and above all have a strong & happy personality. You will be motivated by quality food and happy customers.
The ideal candidate will have strong man-management skills at Sous Chef level, have the ability and past industry experience to lead a team of up to 8 chefs, running a very busy kitchen serving a mix of modern and traditional European/Italian food.
All of this companies 18 restaurants are 7-day operations, open from 7am till 11pm. The shifts are all straights 5/7, and you are expected to work a 45 hour week. There is ample opportunity within this rapidly expanding company coupled with a competitive salary.
