Newly opened concept restaurant is currently recruiting a Sous Chef for their restaurant based in Tunbridge Wells.
This is a fantastic challenge for a Junior Sous Chef or an existing Sous Chef who wants to take their next step up in their career. You will have drive and ambition to succeed and above all have a strong & happy personality. You will be motivated by quality food and happy customers.
The ideal candidate will have strong man-management skills at Sous Chef level, have the ability and past industry experience to lead a team of up to 8 chefs, running a very busy kitchen serving a mix of modern and traditional European food.
All of this companies 18 restaurants are 7-day operations, open from 7am til 11pm. The shifts are all straights 5/7, There is ample opportunity within this rapidly expanding company coupled with a competitive salary.
