Description:

Soon to be opened Restaurant in North London is currently seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager with themed Restaurant European Cuisine experience.

You will lead a team of two Assistant Restaurant Managers plus 15 core floor staff covering a 7 day operation.

 

This will be a very busy operation with a greater emphasis of revenue on the evening trade with a carte offering anything from pizza/pastas/waffles med style a la carte Fish/Meat Grills to light snacks etc. You will have excellent/supervisory man management /hands on skills offering  a high standard of expertise in managing your staff regarding standards of service and delivery.

 

You must be also strong on business generation and up-selling techniques and quite used to working long hours.

 

Salary plus Bonus scheme offered to the right candidate. Restaurant Manager will be an existing Restaurant Manager with at least 2 years relevant Restaurant Management experience.
