Are you a chef de Partie who would like an opportunity to join a restaurant that everyone is talking about as a Chef de Partie?
You will ideally have completed 2 years as a chef de Partie within a Michelin star Hotel / restaurant and therefore be used to the structure within a large and busy brigade. You will currently be working within a Fine dining restaurant as a chef de Partie / Demi chef de Partie and be seeking a new challenge and a better future with a restaurant that can help you progress that little bit quicker.
This restaurant is split in two , there is a 60 cover fine dining restaurant and a brasserie of 120 cover (3AA standard) the fine dining is aiming for 2 Michelin star and 4aa rosettes
