Shifts are4 straight and 1 double with 2 days off per week. Brigade of 18 Chefs. This is a 2AA Rosette restaurant offering excellent training and Career opportunities within a rapidly expanding company.
All Chef de Partie s must have either EU National documents or working holiday visa.
