Sushi Chef - Growing Restaurant Group – up to £21,000  - London

Our client is looking for a Sushi Chef with a minimum of two years experience in working as a sushi chef.
Demonstrating leadership skills, able to train and develop the staff as well as making sure food hygiene is kept to a very high standard
You will be able to slice and fillet to high standards.
You will cook a variety of food items including Sushi, nigiri, gunkan, hosomaki, Futomaki, Temaki, noodles and dons.

All candidates will need excellent communication, leadership and management skills as well as enthusiasm and creativity. You must have food hygiene and health and safety knowledge as well as being legal to work in the UK and you must speak fluent English
