Every day, their kitchens create a daily specials menu taking inspiration from the amazing seafood they buy at the Fresh Fish Markets each morning. For our client, simple is best, so they accompany all their dishes with seasonal vegetables, a crisp salad or some fantastic olive oil and herbs. They have built a reputation based on their commitment to great seafood cooking.
We are looking for career minded, eager chefs who are ready to undertake a specialized training in seafood. Experience within a professional catering environment is essential, however our client will offer you a full training to build your skills.
