Our client is a reputable and sophisticated pizza and pasta brand of restaurant, they are a rapidly expanding concept and they are searching for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager.

The suitable candidate will be second in command in one of this company's restaurants and will be leading a team of up to 15 floor staff. You will be working to set targets whilst keeping a professional team and setting the standards.

This is an ideal role for some one to take their first management position. All applicants will have strong customer-facing skills with an enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. You will be a strong team player and have a basic financial acumen.
