Our client is a reputable and sophisticated pizza and pasta brand of restaurant, they are a rapidly expanding concept and they are searching for an experienced General Restaurant Manager.

The suitable candidate will be 1st in command in one of this company's restaurants and will be leading a team of up to 15 floor staff and 5 kitchen staff. You will be working to set targets whilst keeping a professional team and setting the standards. The restaurant will have 120 covers and will open very soon

This is an ideal role for some one to take their first management position. All applicants will have strong customer-facing skills with an enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. You will be a strong team player and have a basic financial acumen.
