Our client is a fast passed popular neighbourhood restaurant based within Central London and close to Hyde Park. They are actively searching for an innovative Head Chef to direct this busy kitchen. The food is modern European with contemporary influences.

You will be leading a team of up to 10 chefs within the open plan kitchen and producing food for a 75 cover restaurant and bar. The restaurant is very popular with the local clientele but also has some customers from the adjacent hotel

The ideal candidate will have a passion for contemporary food, in particular presentation, as well as an appreciation for some of the more classic methods and dishes. They will be expected to keep things simple but at the same time make use of quality, fresh seasonal ingredients. This is a busy operation with a steady lunch and vibrant evening trade that is both trendy and relaxed. You will have total autonomy on the menus whilst keeping in zinc with the overall restaurant concept
