Food and Beverage Manager - Luxury 4* Retreat
Our client is a 4* Country Hotel and Spa based within its own 44 acres of woodland and country side. Boasting over 50 bedrooms rooms and spa & leisure facilities, we are currently looking for a Food and Beverage Manager to join the team.
You will have previously worked within a similar size and 4/5 star hotel and either have experience as an Assistant F&B Manager in a larger property or be an existing F&B Manager. You will also have a strong and charismatic personality with an innovative mind, you will have high quality standards but also good on sales initiatives
You will oversee to the smooth running of the Food and Beverage Department, overseeing the performance of the restaurant, bar, C&B Facilities, cellars and the lounge controlling costs and achieving targets.
Using your own initiative, you will be passionate about not just your own development, but the development of your team. We ideally require someone with great personality, flair and a passion for high standards
