Our client is looking for a Restaurant Manager who has the real passion for good quality food and service.
The role requires general management of a team of 12, ranging from staff supervision, recruitment and training, forcasting & cost controls, to coming up with marketing ideas. Primarily this role is all about looking after the customer - it requires someone with an eye for detail, as well as someone who knows their food and wine.
Extensive training will be given and this is a great opportunity for someone to take their first steps into General Management
