This branded concept brasserie group is currently recruiting a Head Chef for their new site, which has recently opened in a new development in Windsor. This is a fantastic challenge for an existing Head Chef who wants to take their next step up in their career. You will have drive and ambition to succeed and above all have a strong & happy personality.

The ideal candidate will have strong man management skills, have the ability and past industry experience as a Head Chef to lead a team of up to 15 chefs, running a very busy kitchen serving modern Italian food. All of these companies 20 restaurants are 7-day operations. There is ample opportunity within this rapidly expanding restaurant group coupled with a competitive salary.
