Our exclusive client is soon to open a brand new site at a modern and stylish city operation and they are looking to recruit a Front of House Manager to run the business there. Responsible for managing and developing the Hospitality function and 150 cover Staff Restaurant; candidates must have excellent people management skills, be a good communicator, highly organised and efficient; and passionate about achieving and maintaining first class standards to ensure compliance with service level agreements within all areas of the business.
Candidates must be commercially orientated, have a good financial acumen and be fully computer literate as they will be required to produce monthly reports on financial performance to budget. This will include highlighting budget variances and where appropriate take action to proactively address key issues. Staff training and development skills are also paramount.

This operation is Monday to Friday. Some evening work may be required.
