Our client is shortly opening an exciting new site at a smart Law Firm in the City and are seeking a bright and enthusiastic person to join the team as Deputy Catering Manager.
Responsible for supporting the General Catering Manager in managing the busy Hospitality and 250 cover Staff Restaurant functions; candidates be responsible and enthusiastic, able to work and supervise others under pressure and passionate about achieving and maintaining first class standards in terms of staff performance, quality of food and service delivery.
Prior experience working for a Law firm is desirable.
This operation is Monday to Friday, working 40 hours a week. Some evening work may be required.
