Our client is a vastly expanding Grill Restaurant company, they currently have 7 restaurants nationwide and they have plans for a further 5 for 2006. Their restaurant concept is based on a menu of fresh ingredients including several different types of grilled meats and Fishes. This specific site is based in Cardiff Town Centre and is in walking distance of the train & bus stations.

We are looking for a talented head chef/kitchen manager who has a proven ability to run a 90 cover restaurant and lead a team of 5 chefs/assistants. You must have drive and motivation and the willingness to train and develop your existing team

You will be offered menu training when joining this restaurant group coupled with support if needed.
