Prestigious 5* hotel with 350 bedrooms is one of the most prestigious hotels in London. They are currently in search of a Night Chef with flair, who has the ability to work in this very busy and pressurised kitchen. This hotel has a reputation for excellence of the highest standards and is looking for an ambitious Chef de Partie to join this already strong kitchen brigade of 50 chefs.

All applicants will have at least 2 years experience working within a very busy 4/5*hotel at a similar level. You will have a good kitchen manner and have a willingness to learn. You will have a keen eye for detail and be passionate about creating quality food for the discerning diner.

In return for your hard work the hotel offers a competitive salary set on a 40 hour week, after which you will be paid overtime for any extra hours, you will get meals whilst on duty and work 5 straights per week starting at 12am and finishing at 8am.
