Famous brasserie group is currently recruiting a Head Chef for their restaurant which has recently opened in a new retail village near Oxford. This is a fantastic challenge for an existing Head Chef who wants to take their next step up in their career. You will have drive and ambition, a strong happy personality and the motivation to create good quality Italian food.

The ideal candidate will have strong man management skills at Head Chef level, have the ability and past industry experience as a Head Chef to lead a team of up to 15 chefs, running a very busy kitchen. All of this company’s 16 restaurants are 7-day operations.
