One of the cities most up and coming contract catering companies is currently recruiting a Chef/Manager to oversee the running of their new contract based in the city. The role is to lead a medium sized team front and back of house for the staff dining within this exclusive company’s restaurant.
You will have experience at chef/manager level running a very busy staff restaurant and retail outlet. You will have the ability to cook food from fresh using only the very best ingredients. Your management skills will be second to none and you will have a basic financial awareness and above all you will be a people person with the ability to interact with both your own team and the clientele
