One of London's most vibrant brasseries is on the look out for a Sous Chef to work within its eclectic restaurant. Your role will be to assist in the running of this very busy 160 cover brasserie, leading a brigade of 20 chefs and serving up to 400 covers per day.
The cuisine in this brasserie would be described as Modern European with Asian influences. You will be working alongside 2 other Sous chefs and reporting directly to the Head Chef.
You will have a background running a very busy brigade within a busy restaurant environment and you will have the ability to work under extreme pressure whilst leading and training the already strong team.
