Branded Italian concept brasserie is currently recruiting a Head Chef for several of its new sites soon to open in central, North & South London. This is a fantastic challenge for a Sous Chef who wants to take their next step up in their career to Head Chef level. You will have drive and ambition to succeed and above all have a strong & happy personality. 

The ideal candidate will have strong man-management skills; have the ability and past industry experience to lead a team of up to 10 chefs, running a very busy kitchen serving modern Italian food. All of these companies' 20 restaurants are 7-day operations. There is ample opportunity within this rapidly expanding restaurant group coupled with a competitive Head Chef salary.
